One area behind the wallboard leaks in the spring and during heavy rains. Up to this time, we have been able to catch the water, which drips from a piece of 2×2 strapping. We now want to repair the leak, and we’d like some advice. We’ve heard of a product which can be applied to the inside wall to seal it. The easiest solution is to accept the tile and work with the color. Consider the pink an asset since pastels and especially shades of rose and pink, are in vogue now. Instead of replacing or covering up the walls, you can breathe life into your old bathroom with new fixtures and accessories, such as wall-to-wall carpet, a sink and john, in a color that would complement the pink.
